A man who allegedly doused a man with petrol and threatened to set him on fire and later stormed a Brisbane home and fired a gun that grazed a teenager’s face has been charged.

Police allege the 25-year-old fought with four men outside the Kuraby home on Sunday over a spray-painted truck, before pouring petrol on a 19-year-old man in the group and threatening to set him on fire.

Later, on Wednesday night, the man allegedly entered the same house and fired his gun, with a bullet grazing the face of a 17-year-old male.

Police allege he then pressed the firearm into a 29-year-old man’s back and forced him to his knees while demanding money.

The man, who is known to the victims, has been charged with two counts of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, common assault, extortion, obstructing police and other offences.

He will appear in Richlands Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
