Elderly woman rushed to Gold Coast University Hospital with facial injuries after crash
AN ELDERLY woman has been hospitalised with a cut to the face following a two vehicle crash on the Gold Coast today.
Paramedics said the crash happened on Oxley Dr at Paradise Point at 10.25am.
Two vehicles were involved in the prang at the Matthew Flinders Dr intersection.
The woman aged in her 70s was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
It is believed she was injured by an airbag going off in her car.
