Man wanted over Brisbane train masturbation identified as Italian tourist

An Italian tourist who has since fled the country and returned home is wanted for questioning after allegedly masturbating on a Brisbane train while sitting opposite a young woman last year. The man got onto the northbound train at Bowen Hills just before 5.30am on Saturday, November 9, and sat opposite the 19-year-old woman. He “tried to interact” with the woman before he masturbated, according to police. Wet weather to continue after drenching causes commuter chaos

Wet weather caused chaos for commuters and dumped more than 200 millimetres of rain across some parts of southern Queensland on Thursday, during the peak of a system that quickly slipped south of the border. Geneva, The World Health Organization (WHO) will convene a global research and innovation forum next week to mobilize international efforts to combat the deadly novel coronavirus outbreak, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said here.
